Thank you so much for your sponsorship of this year’s “Healing Hill of Hope” and Independence Day SK Race. Both events are a successful way to raise awareness of, the child abuse and neglect in our community. American flags were placed on the hill in front of the Naomi Davis Shelter House to represent the substantiated cases of child abuse in Branch County during 2018, and child abuse flags were also placed with each one representing a child that was permanently removed from their home.
I’m giving you a program from the HHH ceremony and a commemorative ribbon as a token of thanks for your sponsorship for the “Healing Hill of Hope” project and the Independence Day 5K Race/Walk and Fun Run. There were over 100
participants on this year’s hot Fourth of July event. In a future edition of the Daily Reporter, a thank you letter will additionally acknowledge your contribution.
Remember that the flags are on display during the entire month of July. The address of Shelter House is 220 N. Michigan Avenue, Coldwater.
Once again a big thank you for making a commitment to the children of Branch County in our efforts to educate and provide materials for the prevention of child abuse and neglect.
